  • A client who gets frisky during a professional massage is not breaking any laws, just the rules of conduct; therefore, criminal charges won't hold (that is, unless an actual rape occurs, which didn't in this case). That's likely why the therapist did not speak with the police.

  • What is the difference between this guy and Charles Manson???? Manson was tried for the murders he ordered (did not commit himself) and was sentenced to die - unfortunately the bleeding hearts did away with the death penalty before he could be executed.

  • How about we base the "adult" status on the crime, not the perp. As someone pointed out, you can have 25-year-olds who are mentally 10 and vice versa.

  • If the behavior of those people interfered with the safety instructions, it would be appropriate to remove them, also. If the child had started acting up after the flight was in the air, passengers would have just had to deal. Fact is, the child was interfering with the flight crew.

  • Southwest needs to stop apologizing for making the right decision. I applauded them for kicking off the skank who was dressed inappropriately, then they went and apologized. If the flight crew felt "interfered with" by this toddler, they made the right choice.

  • Actually, the serving size (3 or 4 pieces) likely wouldn't contain more calories and fat than one Whopper (maybe with fries).
